Meal Plan Monday

well it's a start of the new week once again.  My kids were busy this weekend.  Tanner played football, we had a bit of a break and Bailey cheered.  It was so hot.  Thankfully Publix has the Gatorade's 10/$10 and I had some good coupons.  We stocked up the cooler for a refreshing drink that's for sure. 

This week is a hectic week for us.  but I will post my meal plan for sure.  

Monday Pasta Fazoli soup and salad... I have this awesome recipe that is a great hit for my family

Tuesday-  Taco Salad night!!!   Whoo hoo  my kids love making this for me   I can't wait

Wednesday- Baked chicken, asparagus with butter sauce and brown wild rice

Thursday- Sloppy Joes, Mac and cheese and broccoli

Friday- Treating the Family to Karaoke Night @ Barracuda's in Okeechobee.... 

Saturday-  Not sure yet since we have Football all day!!!

Thirty One

Those of you interested in hosting a Thirty One party.  Here is a sneak peak of October Specials!!!       This is an amazing bag.  I have 2.  I purchased one for my everyday carryall for things I need to use daily @ work as well as my daytimer, lunch and drinks.  It's very roomy...   I just recently purchased another with the black and white polka dots and hot pink embroidering for Bailey's volleyball tournaments.  Since we take snacks and drinks with us, this will make it a convenient way to carry it all and I will have easy access...

Mondays!!!

Man....   I have had a BUSY BUSY week.  I neglected my blog and I regret it now because  I am getting emails and calls.   sorry everyone.  With both Bryan and I coaching football and cheerleading....  we have been running around like chickens with our heads cut off.  We had to get everything ready for our Jamboree.  Uniforms  fund raising events and well  you guested it....  practices.  
Which is why  I am posting my meal plan monday....   I have such a busy week that meal planning will come in handy for me. 

Monday- Hamburgers, Knorr  chedder rice and buttered garlic  Broccoli

Tuesday- Sloppy Joes, Mac and cheese  with corn on the cob 

Wednesday- I have Bailey's volleyball game so  Bryan and Tanner will have a treat from Subway and using our OCRA discount card, it's a savings!!!  :) 

Thursday- Baked stuffed chcken breast with mozerella cheese and basil garlic tomatoes with a side of sante fe rice and veggies.

Friday- Speggehetti and Meatballs, salad and garlic bread

Saturday- we have Football so dinner will be a crock pot roast with potatoes, carrots and onion.  

Sunday-  Breakfast for dinner.  My kids always love to make this for me and since sunday is a day of rest.... well  MOM rests.

I'M BACK!!!

Well  I bet you are all wondering what happened to me.  lol  RIGHT!!!  Well it's a been a crazy week for the Hansen Family.  Labor day we took a little break and enjoyed the long weekend off.   Started of with the RELAY FOR LIFE FLOAT that we put together for the local Parade.  It was great!!!   LONG PARADE that is for sure for small town.  We enjoyed the day off swimming @ Lake Denton in Avon Park.  Snorkeling was amazing.  We didn't spend time in the boat as our new storm floating off the coast of Florida kick up quit a bit of wind so it wasn't an easy task. 
Our house has been so quiet....  We have 3 miniature dachshunds so when the doorbell rings well.....  you can only imagine.  Slinky, our oldest had developed a hernia which decided to take a toll on his tiny body the LABOR DAY weekend.  Low and behold Dr. Bryant @ our local vet took care of him.   He had to have surgery to correct and fix the hernia and 2 days later since the hernia was pulling on the muscles it decided to create a pinhole in his bladder.  So Slinky is on the road to recovery.  I would appreciate the Power of Prayer from everyone for his quick recovery, as my kids are patiently waiting for him to come home.

I haven't had to do much shopping these days to give you guys some breakdowns and great deals.  However now that we have rotated my pantry and my freezer, it's that time again.  I will be posting some EXCELLENT deals that are in the upcoming sales flyers. 
I do know that Publix has the $10 gift cards when you spend $50 which work great for the  Needing the Meat days...  I know that is exactly  where I will be getting my $50 bucks worth the groceries and taking advantage of using the $10.00 gift cards. 

Kids have started FOOTBALL   which is one of my favorite sports....  I love watching it and now that my son is finally able to wear pads, it's going to be GREAT watching him play and his sister cheer.  She definitely has been waiting patiently to get back cheering. 
I hope everyone had a safe Holiday Weekend and look forward to getting back on track with my BLOG.
